“Irfan replaced the coating on the front steps at 249 and 251 Beacon Streets. It took quite a while to get through the city permitting process and Irfan was both patient with the time and diligent about ensuring that he met the complicated requirements designed to preserve the historical look of our brownstone with colored stucco instead of painted stucco. Once selected for the work, Irfan did an excellent job on the stairs. He and his helpers kept at the job until it was done, with no unnecessary delays. They cleaned up every night and made sure we had easy access to our homes. Near the end of the job he recommended an additional step of sealing the stucco and we are very happy with the way it keeps water from damaging the job. He also gave us a two year warranty, providing peace of mind that they job will last. It looks great and is wearing nicely!

“Irfan built two garden gates for us. The gates enter a small backyard garden. Irfan helped us design and build these gates so that the yew hedge can grow over them. This involved digging the foundation for two pillars, and building the doors: one is a single door with a rounded top; the other is a double door. Then Irfan created iron polls about six incheds apart from each other, that arch over the doors and porticos, over which the garden yews are growing. The hedge enclosing the garden, will enclose the gates also. Irfan is a hard worker with creative problem solving abilities, and good design sensibility. I highly recommend Irfan.”
